Estatua Ecuestre de Simón Bolívar

Made by the French sculptor Emmanuel Frémito, it is located on Paseo Bolívar donated by Don Gregorio Obregón to the city on the occasion of the first centenary of the Battle of Boyacá in 1919, previously it was located in the now-defunct Vallejo park, but because of the name change from Paseo Colón to Paseo Bolívar, the work was relocated there in 1940.
